OUR STORY
NAME SAKE
2007 WAS THE EARLY DAYS
OF THE BAND,
FROM A PUNK STYLE OF MUSIC
AND A REBELLIOUS NATURE,
"REBEL CELTS" WAS BORN.

SINCE THE PASSING OF OUR BELOVED DRUMMER;
CHRIS "CURSE" DEASON
IN SEPTEMBER 2007,
THE BAND NAME WAS CHANGED TO "CELTIC CURSE"
TO PAY HOMAGE TO OUR LOST,
BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN BROTHER.

THE CELTIC CURSE
From the ashes of rebellion, one thing must always stay true.
Behold the Celtic Curse. Drunk Irish Rock at it’s finest. Be prepared to raise your glass to the songs that are the glory of the resistance. Inspired by traditional Irish folk music mixed with the energy and emotion found in the Irish, you will find it impossible to be unmoved by the power of these rebel classics. So kilt up me boys and check for a show near you.
Not formed-but evolved. Celtic Curse has risen from several projects to make it what it is today, and what it will become tomorrow. Hailing from the hills o’ Yucca Valley, Celtic Curse puts together many years of experience to bring you it’s own unique style of Celtic Rock. From the time honored Come out ye Black and Tans to the original Working man song, The Curse will deliver the energy needed to carry on the fight.
Set as a three piece band, Celtic Curse keeps the arrangements to the basics. Much like our granddads before us, only so much is needed in a song to carry the message. With influences like Dropkick Murphy's, The Pogues, Young Dubliners, Off-Kilter, etc.€¦ it is easy to understand the philosophy of the Celtic Curse.
So fire up the band, we’re gonna get drunk again. We’re drinking until every thing’s all right
